Mortgage Broker: You pick the chapters, 10-hour intensive Tutoring Package + 30 plus hours of pre-recorded videos

You tell us what you wish to focus on, and we will teach you face-to-face, or online live. You can choose to focus, for example, real estate regulation, legal interests and liabilities, contract law, appraisal, mortgage math

What’s included:

• 10 hours of fast-track small group tutoring (2 hours of small group exam overview covering all chapters + 8 hours of customized lectures). Location can be Richmond, Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster, or online live via Zoom.
  • Language: can be English, Punjabi, or Mandarin
  • The location will be chosen based on majority students’ preference
  • The school may invite other students to participate (limit to approx 10 students)
• Summary handout in PDF format (e-file that can be downloaded to your computer)
• Pre-recorded videos on all chapters
• For in-person training outside Burnaby or New Westminster, travel time is not included in the 10-hour allotment.

Validity of Tutoring Hours

• The included 10 hours of Fast-Track Small Group Tutoring must be used within the one-year validity period of the course enrollment.
• Any unused tutoring hours will expire after the one-year course access period.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.
• Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered a completed session, and the tutoring hours will be deducted accordingly.

In-Person Tutoring Travel Fee

• If a student requests in-person tutoring at a designated location, a travel fee of CAD $30–$80 may apply, depending on the travel distance.
