Quick Pass Master Canada Farm Land Real Estate Investment Education Course Agreement
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Quick Pass Master Tutorial School Ltd. (the “School”) and (the “Student” or “You”)
Effective Date: 2024-12-30 (the “Effective Date”)
Service description:
The Student purchases the right to access the school’s online Canada farm land investment tutorial program designed to teach the fundamental principles of farm land economy and business characteristics.
What’s included
- Primary language of instruction in Mandarin
- Online interactive live lectures via Zoom or pre-recorded videos, total of 3 lectures (which will be approximately 1.5~2 hours each lecture, and will be delivered within 2 months of course enrollment unless specified otherwise)
- At the option of the School, one of the following two options will be offered to the student
- one complimentary field tour (transportation expense is at the cost of the student); or
- complimentary lectures of basics of real estate appraisal
- At the sole discretion of the School, power point slides of the lectures may be offered to the student(s)’ personal use.
From time to time, at the school’s sole discretion, the school may, but has no obligation, voluntarily add more services to your package.
What’s NOT included:
- any verbal promises and anything that’s not specified in the “What’s included” portion of this addendum.
How to access
- For the online interactive lectures, the school admin Lilly reqpmaster@gmail.com will send the Zoom link to our School’s wechat group. The schedule for the live lectures can also be found on our website QuickPassMaster.com or GetRealEstateLIcenses.com
- The student can access the online pre-recorded videos via QuickPass.teachable.com. Just sign up your student account, and then the School will add videos to your student account. Since these pre-recorded videos are already made and immediately accessible upon registration and verification of your student account. The videos are not considered future performance product/services.
- Value determination for disputes: If there is a dispute about the values of the products or services, the student agrees that the market values are as follows:
- Each lecture is one unit, and each unit is worth $250 Canadian dollars. For the services or products that have not yet been performed or returned, then the values will be based on the total paid combo price minus the unit price of any individual products and services that have been performed and offered.
- In order to lower the service/product pricing, the student purchases a combo package that includes several items/products/services. The total price paid should be shown on the electronic receipt, which should have been emailed to the student upon the full payment. The receipt shall form into part of this agreement.
Payment Term
The Student agrees to make a full payment in Canadian dollars upon signing this agreement, by way of email money transfer, credit card, master card, Wechat pay, IOT pay, cash, or cheque.
The amounts due for the Service is listed out on the online website’s cart page, online web store at checkout, and again in the email receipt sent to the Student. The service names, descriptions, prices, amounts, totals and applicable taxes listed in the email receipt form as part of this Agreement.
Effective Date of the Agreement
The effective date of the agreement starts upon two combined events being fulfilled as the following:
- this agreement is signed by the student, and
- full payment has been paid by the student
Termination of the service
After the lectures (approximately three lectures) have been completed, the service is terminated. The student(s)’ obligation not to solicit the School’s students and not to disclose the School’s educating materials will survived the termination of the service. Further, the School will be entitled to remove videos from the student account, or will delete the student account, in two months after the activation of the videos, if videos were activated.
Reminder
The student is reminded that the power point slides, and videos are for the student’s personal use only, as indicated in the separate copyright and non-disclosure agreement.

Other terms and conditions
1. The school ONLY provides tutorial service.
2. The school spent several years organizing the power point presentations, lessons, and materials, so please do NOT copy, forward, duplicate, modify or video record, or sound record, or tape any of The school’s materials, lessons, handouts, or mock exams. The student is allowed to take reasonable pictures during class for the purpose of self-studying. The photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot be shared for free or for profit. For details, please read the separate copyright and non-disclose agreement.
3. Refund policy: within the first 30 minutes of online lecture participation, if the student is unsatisfied for any reason, the School will refund 100% of the fee to the student. However, within the first 40 minutes of the online lecture participation, the student is obligated to notify the school’s administrative staff, with text or wechat message, if the student wishes to cancel the course and requests the full refund; and after the first 40 minutes, no refund will be given. If the videos of the lectures have been activated for the student(s), then no refund can be granted.
4. If there is any disruptive behaviour affecting the class’s continuation, after two reasonable warnings, the school reserves the right to cancel your student status and no refund will be given.
5. Our tutorial materials are not perfect and may contain mistakes. You need to use your own discretion to identify certain errors.
6. By registering with the school’s class, you authorize The school to share your contact information to the real estate agents or (sub) mortgage brokers who knows agricultural land well.
7. The school does not provide legal or tax consultation. Further, real estate investment involves the risk of suffering loss or damage, not just limited to financial damage. You should seek independent professional’s advice. And it is strongly recommended that you seek independent legal advice before signing this agreement.
8. The school reserves the right to restrict offering the services to certain students who intend or might intend to compete with the School for offering similar investment lectures.
9. No solicitation: The Student acknowledges that through its Relationship with the School, the Student will have access to personal information, including contact information, of other students. The Student Agrees that they shall not, without the prior written consent of the School, at any time or on behalf of any person or entity competing or endeavoring to compete with the School directly or indirectly, solicit, endeavour to solicit, canvass, or interfere with any person whose personal information the Student obtained through its Relationship with the School.
The Student agrees and confirms that the restrictions in clause 12 are reasonable and necessary for the protection of the School’s business interests, and the privacy protection of all students, and accordingly waives all defences to the strict enforcement of them by the School.
13. The student agrees that any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of British Columbia, Canada.
14. If a Court of competent jurisdiction varies this agreement in any way, or declares that any part is of no force and effect, all parts of this agreement not so varied or not so declared of no force and effect shall survive such order or declaration and shall continue in full force and effect.
